Jerry Alford obtained a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from the University of Charleston in 1979 and a doctor of juris prudence degree from West Virginia University in 1985. He established a law practice in Alum Creek, West Virginia, in 1985 and continues to operate a solo law practice with emphasis on representing disabled workers before the West Virginia Consolidated Retirement Board, West Virginia Workers’ Compensation carriers and the Social Security Administration. Mr. Alford is a sustaining member of NOSSCR, National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives and a member of the West Virginia State Bar. Mr. Alford also handles auto accident claims through out West Virginia.
